Prices
Prices shown on the Webshop are quoted with and without VAT
(unless item is zero rated). Carriage charges to one
UK address are included. At Checkout, the VAT amount
will not be shown until the final total is given. In
the case of children's garments, the prices will be shown
with zero tax. |

Order Procedure Once you have selected your product(s)
from our Webshop section, click on the Add to Cart button,
first ensuring you have completed any sizing or colour
options. You are then given the opportunity to
continue shopping or to go immediately to Checkout.
You can return to your shopping basket at any time by
clicking on the View Cart button at the top of the webpage.
You are also given the opportunity to cancel an item or
amend the quantity required. First of all select the
entry by checking the appropriate box and then press Delete.
If you make any changes to the quantity or country of
destination, press the Update button to recalculate the
prices. You will note that a guide to your delivery
costs (if any) will also be given here. |

Payment Options Once you have opted for Checkout, you will be asked for
your name and address, email address and your payment options. If you
do not wish to pay by credit card, or your card details are
not accepted, you can still place an order by selecting
Email or
Payment by cheque. It is important that you
give us a valid email address as this will be the method we
use to communicate with us. If there are any stock
problems or queries, you will be contacted via this address.
Please check your emails regularly, including any spam
areas. |

Credit Card Payment
You can pay for your order without transaction charges,
using either of our secure payment providers: Paypal
or Nochex.
If you wish to use either your existing Nochex or Paypal
accounts, please select the appropriate option.

Payment Problems
We have encountered occasional problems where a customer has
an existing Paypal account but does not wish to use it (or
is unable to use it). Once Paypal recognises your
account details, it will not allow you to bypass the account
to pay by credit card. This can only be avoided if you
change your email/credit card details. If you are unable to
proceed with payment, we suggest you continue by either
selecting the Nochex option or paying via
Email or
Payment by cheque
option. |
Payment Security
When you enter your financial details to complete your
purchase, our payment providers automatically encrypt your confidential
information in transit from your computer using the Secure
Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length
of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Before you even register or log in to the sites, our
server checks that you're using an approved browser - one
that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches Paypal or Nochex, it resides on a server
that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically.
Their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not
directly connected to the internet, so your private
information is available only to authorized computers.

Order Confirmation Once your order has been accepted
by our payment providers, you will receive an
automatic email from us confirming the details of your
order. Please check this carefully. If you need
to make an amendment, please email us immediately. You
will a copy of this via the email address you gave at the
store. |

Delivery Time

Delivery times are dependant upon the
type of product ordered, the quantity required and whether
or not you have requested any customising. For plain
stock you can expect your product to be despatched within
2/3 days, provided the item is in stock. For items
which are out-of-stock, or need to be specially produced,
you will be advised by email of the likely delivery time.
If this is not acceptable to you, you will always be given
the opportunity to cancel your order. |

Delivery Cost All prices on the Webshop are subject to
a delivery charge unless your order value is greater than 75
UK Pounds Sterling (UK deliveries only). All European
deliveries are chargeable. The shipping charge will be
added to your total at Checkout. For a bulk or customised order, you will be
advised of any additional delivery charges. |

Shipping Methods Goods are shipped by Royal Mail
First Class Recorded Signed For service. This
generally takes 1/2 days from despatch (UK customers) and will require a signature on delivery.
European orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure - a fast,
secure & reliable service offering priority handling both in
the UK and abroad. All items are fully insured to protect
against damage or loss and are traceable via the Royal
Mail website. Tracking numbers can be supplied upon
request. |

Order Tracking You are now able to track the
status and progress of your order on our Webshop site by
selecting the Order Status option at the top right hand
corner of every page. There is also a link here
........ To access your
order, you will need to quote your Order ID number given to
you when we confirmed your order.
